Great idea to do this type of comparison. I think your final number for the Toyota Hybrid is wrong. 25,900 base price + 7,250 5 year gas + 1,600 maintenance adds up to 34,750 not 32,110. Which, if correct, makes the difference in cost between the two hybrids not as large.
