I will say this that since Nissan and Toyota are now really the only true contenders in this size class of trucks that both Nissan and Toyota need to step up to the plate to do some much needed refreshing.

Why the strong sales and easy credit? I thought we were in a severe recession and very few jobs being created?

Range anxiety of EV's is the primary concern.
Me personally I would not even consider buying an EV for a number of reasons:
-It's a shotgun wedding when ya buy an EV(ya stuck with dealer for repairs). I've seen too many dealears even try to weasel their way into not paying for items that should be covered under warranty. So not only are you dealing with EV Range Anxiety but Dealer Anxiety.
-EV's and Hybrids will always be worth less after the warranty is over. This especially applies to the battery pack.
-LPG/Propane IMHO will be a better alternative to EV's & Hybrids.

IMHO people whom leave kids in a hot/overheated car should not be having kids.
What's next.......a competency test to see whom is or whom is not deem responsible to have kids? I fail to understand how someone can be so negligent.
