I'm sure if they thought putting the engine behind the rear axle was a mistake they would have changed it over 60 years.

Say it again and I'll say it a million times. Find something that works and stick with it.

I agree, what is going to be left when this car is finished. How much of the original GM car will be left

Calling the R8 an ugly car. Thats the first opinion I've heard.

But to each their own. I'm sure if one was left in your driveway your wouldn't turn it down.

A nice six speed would be great. Any true car guy would agree. But give props to a technilogical marvel.

With that kind of power I think I would prefer to keep both my hands on the wheel at all times. Paddle shifters will come in handy in that respect.

Brick,

Lets just assume its crazy fast. Maybe around 3 seconds flat to 60 would be my guess. But there better be some monster rubber to keep that power on the ground.

Real question is how much?

Around the world there are tons of cars that have blistering performance figures but price tags to match.

People seem to pay an arm and a leg for a Ferrari or a Lambo. But you know what your getting with those.

Good luck Devon, you've got a mountain of competition and virtually zero market share.

Hey looks its another Porshe that looks more or less the same as the last one.

I just finished reading the Aston article about the new model.

When you find something that works, why change?

Really, did you think this was going to look any different than any other Aston. It''s beautiful and anyone that says its not is out of their mind.

I personally think that Aston's will look more or less the same for the next ten years at least. Look at porshe and does anyone really complain.

A stunning car is stunning now and will still be stunning 50 years from now.

For all of the socially inadequate people out there. Buy one of these and your lack of personality really won't matter. You'll be the talk of the town.

I dont know how or if Aston Martin is ever going to make a vehicle that looks different.

I guess when you find something that works stick with it.

I agree with bepsf. spread the technology around it will drive the prices down. It's been proven a million times.

Why people are scared of diesels boggles my mind. With the new cleaner diesel technology that is available I'm actually surprised that they havent been brought over years ago.
