Not so fast kids, don't forget their receiving bail out money just like the big three. More smoke and mirrors if you ask me...

From what I understand the law covers only from new and not aftermarket. So can anyone say "dealer installed options" hmmmm.

Commented On: 2010 Chevrolet Camaro only rates 4 stars in NHTSA testing

In this day and age with computer generated models and tests there is no excuse not to hit 5 stars!!!! I can only imagine the manager that signed off on this being the final design must have been abscent prepping for their bankrupcy hearings...

Also jjjj I would'nt get on your high horse about Toyota as their pain is yet to hit. I predict 2010 will bring some interesting times for the Japanese. As we speak/type their laying of workers, cutting white collar salaries, and closing plants right here in the U.S.

Commented On: First look at facelifted 2010 Porsche 911 Turbo

Well you could argue no one is dumb enough to put the engine behind the back axle. That way you dont have to spend the next sixty years trying to engineer the rear suspension so that the front and rear of the car don't meet. Just think how much better a Posrche would be if they put the bloody engine upfront or in the middle?? The money saved over the sixty years would actually allow Porsche to afford the purchase of VW with cash and not pie in the sky credit.

Oh well I digress and sure I bet this new model goes like stink and dominates all of its classes at the track once more....

I would agree there SuperCa. The car was driven/reviewed/tested in a manner that its owners most likely would drive it, yet also your own thoughts on what it felt like to move up a few zip codes, all be it for just a few hours. What you did'nt do was go balls to the wall Top Gear style as very few of us also own an air strip!

I must admit its one of the few reviews on here I've actually read complete.

Great cars, I had 240,000 very hard miles are mine before it moved on. Something like this in the U.S. would be great and it would definitely keep my other two Mazda's company in the garage. Come on Mazda, produce it!!!! Sure the economy is shit but if you put this on the sales room I'm sure the sales will come...

Hybrids will be a dead technology by then. What are they thinking?

This is where the money needs to go

I've said it before and apparently James May agrees but if it takes longer to refuel and travels less distance than a current gas powered car then that is clearly a step backwards.

I test drove the transit last month in L.A. at the coffee and cars event. Fantastic piece of kit Ford's hit a home run on this vehicle. This thing swallows camera gear like fat girls swallow twinkies!

The competition will be falling over themselves tryting to get something similar to market here in the U.S.
