I'm hoping to buy a new car in a year or two and I've gotta say this new Fusion is at the top of the list. I like the sport with all wheel drive. One question though......the article says you can get AWD as an option with the hybrid, really? I would be impressed if this was true but I have a feeling they just generalized the options list after every model.

Ford, Great job! I really like the sport model. 3.5LV6, 6 Speed MANUmatic and all wheel drive, that's what I've been looking for. I also really like the interior. The guages and the seats look awesome. The exterior looks really good too. The only thing I would change is I would put direct injection in it. That would give it more power and better fuel efficiency. I hope that will be available in a year or two. Right now though, as is, I would definitely buy this car. It's about freakin' time but I always knew Ford could do it. It's good to see some good vehicles come out of Detroit now. New Fusion, Malibu and some others coming down the pike......it's good to see. Now the only problem is getting financing. Boy, if it's not one thing it's another. Crappy cars, easy financing......good cars, NO financing. Timing is everything.

Well the car looks better than I thought it would. There's some nice improvements to the interior. I had a feeling the engine line up would be the same but STILL NO 6 speeds. And I've seen photos on autoblog of the rear suspension......it still looks like a solid axle....uh....were'nt they supposed to have an independent rear suspension on this new model?

Holy Crap! I think this may be the best looking car I've ever seen. I love it! I hope they keep the removable targa top. I wonder what the inside will look like.

Hopefully this thing will go so fast I won't be able to see it because it is uuuuuuuggglllyyyyy! The front end and the rims on this thing are awful. Sorry, I just think the original version of the G8GXP is one of the best looking cars around. So it becomes a more is less issue to me. The more you mess with it, the worse your going to make it look.

All wheel drive is a nice suprise. This car should be pretty awesome when it goes on sale. I hope it's not too expensive. I too wonder if Chevy has the makings of an Impala here.

This car looks really good. The grill is huge, but it does look good. I can't wait to see the interior and the back. I hope it comes with all wheel drive with the 3.5l v6. I'm very glad to hear that Ford put in a manumatic with the 3.5 v6. Good job Ford. Now just get the ecoboost going.

What about putting this eco boost system in the next Taurus when it comes out.......uh......when does it come out? I thought maybe in a year or two, but maybe not?
