About Greg Sanchez
Over the last 24 years, Greg has been involved in the automotive and boating publishing and advertising industry; he has effectively started 3 national publications and implemented leading-edge sales and marketing strategies and distribution techniques within the Hispanic marketplace industry in the domestic USA.
Greg was one of the original founding team members in 1982 of AutoMundo Magazine, the #1 and only Spanish Automotive publication back then, distributed throughout the states with a commanding presence in Puerto Rico, Central and South America as well.
After a moderate absence from the automotive industry between 1992 and 1998 where Greg spent his time as managing partner and national photography trainer for Glamour Shots Photo Studios in Oklahoma City, Okla., he maintained occupied doing consulting editorial work for BoteMania Magazine, Guiamundo Magazine, Nosotros Magazine, AutoMotor Publications, TODO Magazine and both Patria and Panorama Newspaper.
In December of 1998, Greg S?nchez returned to AutoMundo Magazine as Executive Sales and Marketing Director responsible for the establishment of new business opportunities, strategic relationships, alliance and joint venture activities, as well as automotive journalistic & editorial coverage of all car manufacturer’s long and short lead press events for its editorial pages.
On February 1st, 2002, Greg joined forces with Ideas Publishing Group, owners and publishers of the Spanish-language editions of Vogue, Architectural Digest, Men’s Fitness, Newsweek, Motor Trend and many other titles. His duties encompass the handling of all advertising sales for Motor Trend and continued editorial coverage of all automotive and motorcycle long and short press lead events for its pages.
After spending a brief 8 months at IPG, Greg decided to establish his own automotive Web page to service and fill the needs of a fully bilingual consumer based automotive website. After only 24 months on the World Wide Web - Let’s Talk Cars (letstalkcars.com) has been exceptionally well received by many members of his peers, colleagues, business associates and many daily new readers as well, with a “rookie” commanding average number of 14,500 unique visitors per month.
On October 1st, 2004 – Greg decided it was time to recognize the automotive industry every year by way of an award system. The Auto Bravo Awards is launched to fulfill that need.

Greg was born June 8th, 1953. A graduate of The School of Modern Photography in Little Falls, N.J. and P.A.C.E. University in Purchase, N.Y.; he’s married to Ileana, lives in Miami, Fla., and has 5 children – Greg, Suzette, Diandra, Stephanie and Brianna.
