High Gear Media is ready to accelerate efforts around paid search marketing. We are looking for someone who can connect the dots not only on the spending but also the revenue it creates. We need a paid search marketing tornado who lives, eats and breathes all aspects of SEM. What’s a tornado? Start with someone who is passionate with a capital P, has hair that is frequently on fire and is someone who is pleasantly obsessive / detail crazed. Sprinkle in: fun, dynamic, entrepreneurial and self-driven. We are looking for someone to start delivering results immediately.

 

Responsibilities:  

• Design and execute the entire online marketing process and campaigns to attract and significantly increase our lead generation efforts
• Develop, monitor and execute all advertising campaigns including keyword research/building, strategy and bids, formulating and managing the PPC budgets, and writing ad copy
• Optimize online marketing programs based on key performance metrics that result in increased conversions and positive ROI
• Conceptualize and initiate tests (keyword bids, ad copy, and landing pages) in order to improve key metrics across campaigns
• Collaborate with the product/design/engineering team to optimize landing pages

 

Qualifications:  

• Understanding of the automotive lead generation eco-system
• Possess an in-depth understanding of search engine marketing
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing & optimizing large-scale paid search campaigns
• Comprehensive understanding of keyword research, bid management and web analytic tools
• Self-directed, proactive and a strong attention to detail
• Advanced use of Excel
• Mastery of Google Adwords and Bing’s paid search platform
